Geometry at the Frontier consolidates its international presence in mathematics with the edition of a volume in the prestigious series "CONTEMPORARY MATHEMATICS" of the American Mathematical Society (AMS).

Considered one of the most relevant mathematical societies in the world, the American Mathematical Society (AMS), after evaluating and approving the academic material presented by the researchers of the center, has decided to convert this work into volume 766 of the series Contemporary Mathematics.

Geometry at the Frontier: Symmetries and Moduli Spaces of Algebraic Varieties" is the name of this volume, which contains the articles collected from the conferences held between 2016 and 2018. These annual congresses on geometry and related topics were organized by our Research Center "Geometry at the Frontier", where they brought together leading experts in the field both nationally and internationally.

The articles in this volume edited by the researchers of the center, cover recent developments on the theory of algebraic varieties, in particular, of their automorphism groups and moduli spaces.

Volume 766 contains 19 works exhibited in 282 pages and its authors come from Chile, Spain, France, Mexico, the United States, Canada and India, among others. He actively participates in congresses and also with an article, the prominent North American mathematician Phillip Griffiths, of worldwide relevance thanks to his remarkable work in the field of geometry.

This book will be of great interest to researchers working in this area, as well as to young mathematicians and students interested in complex and algebraic geometry.

We thank all the speakers and attendees who made possible the exchange of knowledge and experiences on the topics addressed, and the realization of this publication that includes the main results of these three meetings.
